Tephra Terminal provides visualizations and estimates — liquidation heatmaps, order book data, footprint charts, and related tools — derived from public market data. These are modeled estimates of where activity is likely, not a direct feed of real liquidation orders or a prediction of future price. Exchanges don't publish actual liquidation data, so every such estimate is inherently approximate.
Nothing displayed, generated, or communicated through the Service (including charts, heatmaps, scores, alerts, or anything said by us on Discord, social media, or elsewhere) constitutes financial, investment, trading, tax, or legal advice. We are not a registered investment advisor, broker, or financial institution. Consult a licensed professional before making financial decisions.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including accuracy, reliability, uptime, or fitness for a particular purpose. Market data can be delayed, incomplete, or wrong; the Service can go down or change without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tephra Terminal and its operator are not liable for any losses, damages, or claims — direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — arising from your use of the Service, including trading losses, missed opportunities, or reliance on any data, estimate, or statement made available through it.
Creating an account is optional. If you create one, you're responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. We may suspend or ban accounts or devices that abuse the Service (e.g. automated scraping, excessive request volume, or attempts to circumvent rate limits).
Don't use the Service to: scrape or republish its data at scale without permission; attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer it; impersonate another user; or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The Tephra Terminal name, design, and original content are owned by its operator. The underlying market data is sourced from public exchange APIs and is not our proprietary data.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, for any user or generally, at any time, with or without notice.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
